Thank you for shopping with Hygge Wear. We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund under the terms below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in the original packaging (or similar secure packaging) to ensure they arrive safely.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards unless they are faulty.
Please contact us at hello@hyggewear.co.uk before sending anything back, so we can provide return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the returned item is not in its original condition (e.g., worn, damaged, or missing parts), we may issue a partial refund or reject the return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@hyggewear.co.uk with your order number and photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
